The De La Salle University – Dasmariñas Chorale is a pioneer institutional Performing Arts organization under the Cultural Arts Office.
The group is composed of 28 students from the different colleges who strive to promote appreciation for choral music, uphold Filipino faith and culture and aid its members in their personal formation towards fully becoming men and women who live by the Lasallian values of Faith, Zeal in Service and Communion in Mission.
Under the leadership of Mr. Vell Luis Litan, a professional choral trainer and conductor, the group produces musical presentations and performs in diverse institutional functions, as well as in Choral Festivals, competitions and other external events.
The DLSU-D Chorale aims to inculcate discipline, responsibility, determination, cooperation and humility while enhancing the potential of its members through trainings, rehearsals, exposure activities and various workshops conducted all throughout the year.
At present, the university’s sole institutional advocate of the arts through choral music continues to entertain and educate its varied audience through its creative repertoire selection and various projects.
