5th National Conference on Values and Religious Education

November 7, 2026

The De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) College of Education, through its Religious Education Department, will host the 5th National Conference on Values and Religious Education on November 6–7, 2026, via Zoom.

Carrying the theme “From Information to Formation: Reimagining Values Education and Religious Education in the AI Age,” the two-day conference will explore emerging approaches to values and religious education amid the growing influence of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in education.

The conference aims to provide educators and professionals with opportunities to reflect on the evolving role of values formation and religious education in an increasingly technology-driven learning environment. It highlights the importance of moving beyond information acquisition toward meaningful formation of learners in the AI age.

Through this national gathering, DLSU-D continues to foster conversations on education, values formation, and the Lasallian mission while encouraging educators to respond thoughtfully to the opportunities and challenges brought by emerging technologies.
