De La Salle Bahay Pag-Asa Dasmariñas Earns Sustained Rating in DSWD Monitoring

October 2, 2026

De La Salle Bahay Pag-Asa Dasmariñas (DLSBPD) was assessed with sustained remarks by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IV-A, which conducted a monitoring visit to review the facility's programs and services for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL).

Br. Dan Sanding FSC, Vice President for Lasallian Mission, met with Ms. Arlene Gonzaga of the DSWD Standards Bureau, Field Office IV-A, during the visit. Their discussion covered the partnership between the two offices and the continuing commitment to quality residential care, protection, rehabilitation, and reintegration of the young people under DLSBPD's care.

DLSBPD passed the DSWD Standard Monitoring Tool, confirming its continuing compliance with the established standards for the delivery of residential care and services. The visit also gives the facility feedback on areas for continuous improvement and on strengthening its systems and services.

DSWD and DLSBPD share responsibility for keeping the best interests, safety, dignity, and well-being of every child at the center of residential care. For DLSBPD, the result affirms its commitment to a safe and nurturing environment where young people are given opportunities to heal, learn, transform, and build a better future.
