DLSU-D Honors Top Scholars at Academic Scholarship Awarding Ceremony

The University through its Admissions and Scholarship Office (AdSO), hosted the Academic Scholarship Awarding Ceremony at the DLSU-D Centennial Hall held on October 21, 2026.

Recognizing Academic Excellence

A total of 69 scholars were formally awarded during the ceremony. These academic scholarships were granted to undergraduate students in recognition of their outstanding performance during the second semester of the previous academic year (AY 2025–2026).

Out of more than 300 students who qualified for ranking, 69 ultimately emerged as final awardees based on overall Grade Point Average (GPA) computations, with no grade lower than 3.25 in both academic and non-academic courses certified by the Office of the Registrar.

Scholarship Breakdown & Grant Coverage

The university-wide and college-level scholarship grants are structured as follows:

University-Wide (Top 1–5): 100% Tuition Fee Scholarship

Top Performing Students per College:

• Top 1: 75% Tuition Fee Discount
• Top 2 & 3: 50% Tuition Fee Discount
• Top 4 & 5: 25% Tuition Fee Discount
• Top 6–10: 10% Tuition Fee Discount

All scholarship discounts will be automatically deducted from the awardees' tuition payments for the current semester.
