November 4, 2026
The De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) College of Law's Animo Bar and Bench Team 1 advanced to the quarterfinals and finished among the Top 5 teams overall at the 6th University of Cebu–Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (UC-KAS) International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. The team earned the result against a field of 30 teams from law schools across the Philippines and Southeast Asia, with rounds held October 26–28, 2026, at the University of Cebu–Banilad Campus and Radisson Blu Cebu City.

Team 1 member Charles Andrew S. Vasquez also placed 6th Best Oralist in the Preliminary Rounds. He competed alongside teammates Ma. Antonette Gutierrez and Hans Angelo Henave.

DLSU-D Team 2, composed of Jaymelyn Reyes, Angelica Therese Ferrer, and Jonathan Mojares, closed the preliminary rounds with a 3–1 win-loss record. Atty. Jannell Cajote-Gerodiaz and Atty. Christianne Noelle de Vera coached both teams.
The College of Law sends students to international moot court competitions as part of its experiential learning program, where they argue complex questions of international law and build skills in legal research, critical analysis, and oral advocacy before entering legal practice.
