DLSU-D POLCA Elects New Officers for SY 2026–2027

The De La Salle University–Dasmariñas Parents Organization of La Salle Cavite, Inc. (POLCA) formally elected its new set of officers for School Year 2026–2027 and held its Oath of Office on September 26, 2026, at the Francisco Barzaga Hall.

The POLCA Committee on Elections facilitated the election, and the newly elected Board of Trustees selected the organization’s officers for the new school year. Dr. John T. Casidsid heads the newly constituted leadership as President, with Mr. Ferdinand M. Sanares as Vice President, Dr. Gil A. Ellema as Secretary, Ms. Mary Grace M. Virata as Treasurer, Mr. Danilo B. Serrano as Auditor, Mr. Michael D. Nicart as Public Relations Officer, and Ms. Jhudy D. Solon as Board Member.

The newly elected officers subsequently took their oath before University Provost Dr. Christian George C. Francisco. The ceremony formally marked the beginning of their term and their commitment to fulfill their respective responsibilities in service of the POLCA community.

POLCA continues to serve as a strong partner of the University in advancing institutional initiatives and strengthening collaboration among its members and stakeholders.
