DLSU-D to Hold STEP-UP 2026: BYAHENG LA SALLE Open House Featuring Academic Workshops and Campus Tours

De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) will hold STEP-UP 2026: BYAHENG LA SALLE — The One DLSU-D Open House on November 11–12, 2026, under the theme “STEP-UP!” The two-day event will introduce prospective students, teachers, and guidance counselors to the university through academic workshops, career guidance activities, and free museum and campus tours.

Designed especially for senior high school students, the open house will feature nine interactive workshops facilitated by expert faculty members and speakers from the university’s different colleges. These sessions aim to provide participants with opportunities to explore various academic disciplines, discover potential career paths, and experience college-level learning.

The featured workshops include:

• Decoding Crime: Opportunities in Criminology and Forensics

• So… You Wanna Be Rich? Let’s Talk Business (For Real)

• Dambalasik: Anting-anting and Cavite Culture

• Speaking with Hands: A Sign Language Workshop

• Shift_Command_Your Future

• Nature’s Fingerprint: Discovering Phytochemicals Through Thin Layer Chromatography

• Powered By People, Beyond Automation: The DLSU-D Way

• The Role of Electronics Engineering in Industry Revolution 4.0

• Future Builders of the Digital Age

In addition to the academic workshops, the program will feature specialized seminars for guidance counselors, led by faculty members and guest resource persons. These sessions will provide opportunities for school guidance counselors and educators to engage with topics relevant to student development, career guidance, and educational planning.

Participants can also join free museum and campus tours to learn more about the university’s facilities, heritage, and campus environment. These activities will allow visitors to experience different aspects of university life while exploring their future educational and career options.
 

DLSU-D is also encouraging schools to participate in STEP-UP 2026. School guidance counselors, senior high school coordinators, and principals are invited to register their Grade 11 and Grade 12 student delegations.
