May Anne Montano

Mae Anne M. Montano was honed by the Lasallian Christian education and seasoned with 20 years of experience in leadership development, program management and implementation, and seven years as Lasallian educator. Montano’s life is an embodiment of what teaching minds, touching hearts, and transforming lives is. 

She is currently the Compliance Officer of Negros Women for Tomorrow (NWTF) Foundation, Bacolod City. She holds a valuable role in the foundation since she ensures that the foundation complies with government rules and regulations that cover micro-finance institutions. She also reviews internal systems and processes, where she recommends innovative solutions to make the organization run more efficiently and seamlessly. 

Her humble beginnings were at Administrative Assistant for Student Affairs, Office for Student Affairs at University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City, before moving to Ayala Foundation as Program Manager of two youth leadership programs. 

Her excellent educational track records include Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Cum Laude at University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City. She also gained a Juris Doctor degree from the same institution.
