Ms. Tanya Erica Alipato, CPA

Tanya is currently the Director of Quality Management and Audit Services Unit of De La Salle Philippines – Central House Administration. She manages the programs on Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit. She is also a Certified Compliance Officer and Provisional Risk Manager. 

She initiates programs centered on business process improvements to help the Lasallian network schools run efficiently. Among the notable initiatives are Records Management, Operations Manual Writing, and Risk Management programs. She oversees the Modern Conduct of Schools (MCS) Project in collaboration with MCS Commissions across the network schools. Her professional skills and expertise are focused on management of key risks and continuous process improvements. Her collaborative and organizational planning skills came to fore when she took the role of leading both DLSP Technical Working Groups for re-opening of schools and vaccination program. 

Prior to joining DLSP, she was a Finance Analyst at Distileria Bago, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. She developed her passion for process improvement during her stint with the Quality Management System team as an Internal Quality Auditor and Deputy Document Controller of the said company. Tanya finished her bachelor's degree in accountancy at the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City where she graduated with an Academic Excellence Award and Best in Performing Arts Award. Tanya is a proud devoted special needs mom and finds time to express herself through dancing.
