Outbound Mobility Program
Take Your Lasallian Education to the World
Dream of studying abroad, experiencing a new academic system, or immersing yourself in another culture? The Outbound Mobility Program allows DLSU-D students and faculty to study, teach, or train in partner universities overseas—while earning academic credits and gaining international experience.
Outbound Student Exchange Procedures and Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents to determine eligibility:
- Accomplished Application Form (provided by the Linkages and Scholarship Office)
- Photocopy of Passport (valid at least six [6] months beyond the end of the program)
- Certificate of Registration (latest semester)
- Printout of grades for the latest semester (from the student portal)
Initial coordination and clearance with the Student Wellness Center (SWC) is required.
- Once endorsed as a candidate, the student must submit:
- Accomplished Application Form
- Recommendation Letter from the home department and college
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Clearance from the Accounting Office
- Clearance from the Student Wellness Center (certifying no urgent psychological concerns)
- Affidavit of Consent and Support from parents/guardians
- Certificate of Registration (semester of exchange)
- List of approved subjects for exchange (endorsed by the home department)

Outbound Faculty Exchange Requirements and Procedures
Outbound faculty applicants must submit:
- Invitation Letter from the host university
- Recommendation from the home department and college
- Photocopy of Passport (valid at least six [6] months beyond the end of the program)
- Curriculum Vitae
Prior to departure, outbound faculty must submit:
- Nomination Letter signed by the University President
- Acceptance Letter from the host university
- Medical Certificate (Fit to Work/Travel) issued within one [1] month before departure
- Photocopy of Visa (if required)
- Medical and Travel Insurance
- Flight itinerary (as soon as available)
- Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI) fees
- Special Study Permit (SSP), if applicable
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-Card)
- Visa Extension (one-month and/or two-month extension, as applicable)

Inbound Mobility Program
The Inbound Mobility Program invites international students and faculty from partner institutions to study, train, and immerse themselves in the vibrant Lasallian community at DLSU-D.
Whether for a semester, internship, or short-term program, inbound participants experience authentic Filipino culture and holistic education.
Inbound Student Exchange Admission Procedures
- Call for Applications
DLSU-D releases an information bulletin to its overseas partner institutions and organizations at least three (3) months before the start of each semester (May and September). - Available Slots
A total of eighteen (18) slots per School Year are allocated across the following colleges:- Liberal Arts and Communication
- Tourism and Hospitality Management
- College of Science
- Education
- Criminal Justice Education
- Engineering, Architecture, and Technology
- Business Administration and Accountancy
- Information and Computer Studies
College of Professional and Graduate Studies
- Submission of Letter of Intent

Initial Documentary Requirements
The following documents must be attached to the Letter of Intent:- Nomination letter signed by an authorized official of the home university
- Curriculum or course offerings
- Certificate of Enrollment
Evaluation and Verification
DLSU-D conducts a verification and evaluation process before issuing an official Acceptance Notice to qualified applicants.Curriculum Matching
The International Offices of both institutions will coordinate to conduct curriculum matching for credit transfer and course equivalency.- Final Requirements Upon Acceptance
Accepted applicants must submit the following prior to arrival:- Accomplished Data Form (issued by the DLSU-D Linkages and Scholarship Office)
- Scanned copy of passport
- Medical certificate (issued within one month before departure)
- Medical and travel insurance
- Copy of airline ticket
Inbound Faculty Exchange Requirements
Pre-Arrival Requirements
Inbound faculty participants must submit the following before arrival:
- Letter of Nomination signed by the University President indicating the inclusive semester of exchange
Curriculum Vitae with 2x2 photo - Photocopy of passport (valid at least six (6) months beyond the program end)
Photocopy of visa (if applicable) - Flight itinerary (as soon as available)
- Medical and travel insurance covering the entire stay (English version; to be processed through the Linkages and Scholarship Office and paid at the university)
- Medical Certificate (original copy)
- Immigration requirements
