The Kabalikat ng DLSU-D Inc. (KND) is an association composed solely of non-teaching personnel of the university. It was first established in April 1988 as a fellowship club known as Kapatiran ng Bagong Lakas ng Isipan, Kaunlaran at Tatag (KABALIKAT) ng DLSU-EAC and was later registered as an employee’s association at the Securities and Exchange Commission as Kabalikat ng DLSU-D, Inc. (KND) to see the welfare and needs of its members.

To date, there are 292 members of the association.
