
The Lasallian Community Development Office (LCDC) is enjoining the Lasallian community to join its Kapihan Na! sessions which seeks to discuss key issues in society. Among the issues to be discussed are implications of the measure to pass the Death Penalty Bill as well as the lowering of the age of criminal liability.
“Between Life and Death: An Open Discussion on Death Penalty” will be held at the Alumni Conference Room B from 8-11 am on March 21. The discussion will be facilitated by Jose L. Precia, Jr. on the Historical and Legal Perspectives and Dr. Esteban T. Salibay, Jr. on the Lasallian/ Catholic Christian Perspectives.
The"#ChildrenNotCriminals: A Discussion on Lowering the Age of Criminal Liability" will happen on March 23, 2017 at the Alumni Conference Room B from 8-11 am. Sharers include Ricardo A. Clores on the Psychological perspective, Dr. Luis Carmelo L. Buenaventura and Dr. Maria Virginia G. Aguilar on the Sociological Perspective, Dr. Henry L. Bernardo on the Lasallian/ Catholic Christian Perspective and Cristina Udarbe from the CICL.
