De La Salle University-Dasmarinas maintained its position as the top Philippine school when it comes to sustainability, according to UI Greenmetric World University Rankings of 2017.

Based on the latest rankings, DLSU-D topped other Philippine universities who joined the poll which rated the schools based on six primary indicators -- setting and infrastructure, energy and climate change, waste, water, transportation, and education.

With the number of participating schools rising from 515 universities in 75 countries in 2016 to 619 universities in 76 countries in 2017, De La Salle University-Dasmarinas now ranks in the 94th positition in the world.
