In compliance with RA No. 10173 also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the University shall implement its own Data Privacy Statement intended to update employees and inform applicants on the collection, usage, retention, disclosure and disposal of personal information.

A copy of the Data Privacy Statement is available in the Faculty and Staff Portalfor general information and widest dissemination. Employees are also requested to sign and return the attached consent form to the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) not later than Friday, August 30, 2019.
