At the request of DLSU-D Data Privacy Officer Sancho Castro, Roque also expounded on the responsibilities and liabilities of members of the organization when it comes to data sharing and information flow. Apart from the specific provisions of the law, Roque emphasized the importance of abiding by the Data Privacy Act and underscored the fines and penalties imposed on those who will violate its guidelines.
