The General Services Office (GSO) is implementing health and safety protocols to ensure the welfare of all members of the Lasallian community as well as visitors to the campus.
As part of these measures, all persons entering the University’s premises are required to accomplish a Health Checklist Form (for employees and third party providers) and Visitors’ Health Checklist online. Visitors may also scan the QR code above to automatically check in on the date of the visit.
