De La Salle University-Dasmarinas kicked off the celebration of the Lasallian Human Rights, Democracy and Peace Month with a webinar entitled "Heroes of Peace: A Conversation on Lasallian Advocates of Active Non-Violence during Martial Law."

The event was held in partnership with De La Salle Philippines through the Lasallian Justice and Peace Commission on September 21 via Zoom and streamed through the Facebook pages of different Lasallian schools.

Hosted by DLSU-D's Angie Quadra-Balibay, the resource persons steered the reflection on how human rights and peace can be promoted, deepened, and consolidated towards the building up of a conscientized, non-violent, democratic and peaceful Philippine society.
