“Carving out time in your busy schedule for self-care is not selfish, it is essential. Self-care is one of the important things in our lives that we often do not give enough time for. By taking care of yourself, your health and mental well-being, your relationships, and even financial wellness, you will not just feel and perform better but you will also be able to take care and help others better. Remember, you matter,” said Self Care Committee Chair Dr. Maria Theresa Gochuico.
Self-Care Week is scheduled for October 4-9, 2021. Check out the Self-Care Hub for more information.
