DLSU-D signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Department of Trade and Industry for the establishment of a Shared Service Facility (SSF) or FabLab.

The P24.6 million SSF for Innovation Laboratory will be housed in the lower ground floor of the new College of Engineering Architecture and Technology Building.

The project will be called the DLSU-D/DTI InnoLab and will contain the most advanced service facilities to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cavite and the region.

The MoA was signed by University President Br. Augustine Boquer, FSC, EdD; DTI Undersecretary Blesila A. Lantayona, and DTI Region IV-A regional director Marilou Q. Toledo.
