The University Student Government of De La Salle University-Dasmarinas has announced that Certificates of Candidacy are now available for those seeking to run for office in the USG or the College Student Governments in this year’s Special Elections.

Interested parties may now avail of the Certificate of Candidacy through the link below or or scan the QR code to access the form.

Implementing Rules and Regulations

It can be recalled that in an earlier resolution, the USG announced that due to the postponement of the Primary and General Elections resulting in a failure of elections, the Univerity Student Election Commission approved the petition for a special election.

For her part, incumbent USG President Niña Ligan encouraged fellow students to step up and serve.

Leadership is not about power or popularity. Leadership is not also about titles. Titles are temporary, run in the position that helps you to reach your goals and that is to help serve and help other people. Don't be pressured because others are great but all of us have different ways of leadership. Continue to serve not only with your heart but also be knowledgeable on what is right and wrong.
