DLSU-D’s Jemzen Arkeith Alexza Cruz made it to the Top 3 of the recent Registered Business Professionals Certification Examination conducted by Junior Achievement (JA) Philippines last February.
Cruz, who graduated from the BSBA Business and Operations Management program last year, shared her thoughts on social media.
“I waited months for the result and I couldn’t describe the feelings I am experiencing right now, all the things that I’ve been through to get this is worth it. I didn’t even tell anyone about taking the exam (even my parents!) because I was so scared, but that’s when I can proudly say now, everything I did? I definitely did it scared. Kaya for you? When opportunity knocks and you’re scared to take it just remind yourself, these words that I would usually tell myself: FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY,” she advised future exam takers.
“Thank you JA Philippines, Inc., a member of JA Worldwide and my alma mater De La Salle University-Dasmariñas for honing the person that I am today. To my parents, I hope this one makes you proud one more time. For the guidance, sustenance, and faithfulness that God has shown me multiple times in my life, I definitely couldn’t ask for more. And to everyone — my gala buddies, my BFFs, my friends, family, and the people who have been there for me, whose kind words, love, and time helped me survive the most unsettling days, I celebrate my milestone with you all,” she said.
Meanwhile, Camille Joeyce D. Querubin from the College of Business & Accountancy (CBAA), achieved an impressive second place in the Registered Marketing Professional Examination
