De La Salle University-Dasmarinas’ (DLSU-D) top administrators joined the 2025 WURI Global Conference which brought together academic, industry, and policy leaders at the Busan International College, Busan, South Korea, to tackle key issues about higher education and academic innovation.
DLSU-D President Br. Iñigo Riola FSC discussed the University’s “KALINGA: Key to Assistance through Living Support, Inspiration, and Nourishment promoting Growth and Achievement" under the Funding for Sustainability category while Dr. Nornelyn Cachuela, Vice President for Global Engagement and External Relations discussed “LAYAG: Linking Academics and Young Ambassadors Globally" program under the Student Mobility and Openness category.
The event served as a venue for the presentation of the universities’ innovative cases and cross learning from best practices. Roundtable discussions were also held among university presidents, leaders and experts to come up with effective strategies WURI results to enhance university practices.
