These Masters and Doctorate programs adhere to world class standards of education that caters to the demands of global industries and prove advantageous to graduates of the programs.
DLSU-D educates and prepares men and women to lead, build and manage small, medium-sized and global corporations, organizations and enterprises that create value for constituencies with emphasis interdisciplinary and cross-cultural knowledge of management principles and practice as well as familiarity with the global market.
Guided by the Lasallian values of Faith, Zeal for service, and Communion, DLSU-D seeks to inculcate in the hearts and minds of the students the significance of graduate studies and the role of teachers and administrators who have strong faith in God, the values of integrity, morality, humaneness, and social justice, genuine concern in the promotion and preservation of Filipino beliefs, values, and the determination to strive for academic excellence and pursuit of quality and relevant researches towards a distinct culture of research.
The Engineering graduate programs of DLSU-D are responsive to local and national needs and are consistent with the University's mission. They are designed to prepare students for successful careers in basic and applied research, develop their art to a professional level, provide the necessary background skills and experience needed for many professional positions, or enable students to continue their education beyond DLSU-D.
Furthermore, it promotes development of innovative and interdisciplinary programs, helps create an environment that will allow research and creative activity to flourish, and provides leadership in achieving diversity in all aspects of graduate education.
DLSU-D offers five masters and two doctorate degree programs all of which aims to enhance theoretical, philosophical, pedagogical, and pragmatic knowledge and competencies of its students who are expected to become Lasallian, innovative, and dynamic leaders in their respective fields. These programs are guided by doctorate degree holders who are known in their respective fields as researchers, consultants, and practitioners who have exhibited extensive understanding and expertise of the field.
The University offers programs that develop responsible and committed graduates in computer studies, mathematics and natural sciences. These programs keep students updated with modern trends through lectures and activities focused on computer programming, computer and mathematical theories and applications, and extensive research.
The University fosters the concepts of citizenry and leadership by instilling in its students an understanding of the constitutional guarantees, due process of law, and respect for human rights. It prepares graduate students in the three primary units under the Department of the Interior and Local Government – the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
