The Lasallian Pointes N’ Flexes Dance Company (LPNFDC) is the institutional modern dance group of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, under the supervision of the Cultural Arts Office. For more than a decade, it has already produced 31 batches made up of student leaders who explore a range of dance genres, from Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Gymnastics, and Open Style.
LPNFDC represents the school in various inter-university and external activities and competitions. They bring energy and excitement to campus events and local performances. Beyond dance, the group fosters friendships, instills discipline, and adds a vibrant rhythm to college life. Continuing its mission to engage youth in cultural preservation through dance, the group embodies the core Lasallian Values. It renders free shows and minor or major productions at the University. It also facilitates outreach, fundraising programs, and workshops.
Vision
The members of Lasallian Pointes N' Flexes Dance Company, with the aid of Almighty God, hereby establish a democratic group that shall unite the whole body, protect and preserve rights and interests, indicate awareness and faithfulness to duties and responsibilities, encourage involvement in the university and the society, and conserve the richness of arts in the field of dancing, all imbued with Christian and Lasallian core values of the spirit of faith, zeal for service, and communion that demonstrate and promulgate the constitution.
Mission
The Lasallian Pointes N' Flexes Dance Company shall be an active agent and a role model in promoting and preserving the arts, particularly in modern dancing. The organization aims to develop and enhance individual talents and skills in the field of performing arts, inclusive of personal growth.
Membership Requirements
- Must be an enrolled student of De La Salle University Dasmariñas
- Must have maintained a satisfactory performance in academics.
- Must have a good moral character.
- Must pass the screening processes of LPNFDC and the Cultural Arts Office.

Achievements
The Lasallian Pointes N' Flexes Dance Company, established in 1993, is one of the most celebrated organizations in the university as it has proven to showcase Lasallian talents in several prestigious events and contests.
- It dominated SOP Campus Front Act in 2003 where the group became the defending champion for seven consecutive weeks.
- In 2004, LPNFDC won as champion in the LA Gear Street Dance Competition Southern Leg.
- In 2006, the group also won the Kotex Smooth Moves Cool Grooves Dance Competition Cavite-Batangas Leg.
- On February 2, 2008, the group won 1st runner-up in the 21st Super Dancelebration in DLSU-Manila, marking their pioneering stunt.
- On August 27, 2010, LPNFDC placed sixth among more than twenty schools in Maximum Groovity 6.
- In February 2011, it earned second runner-up in the 24th Rock Dancelebration.
- They secured first runner-up in the inaugural launch of Dance 2 Live, a non-professional dance competition.
- On March 10, 2012, it placed second among four well-known universities in the 25th Silver Dancelebration.
- On February 23, 2013, the group finished as second runner-up in both the 26th Love Dancelebration at DLSU–Manila and the Maximum Groovity competition.
- The group is one of the most awaited performers in Sayaw Filipinas each year.
- On April 13, 2024, the group placed first runner-up in Sayaw Hataw XVI at Alabang Town Center, organized by the Bedanz Dance Troupe.
For years now, Lasallian Pointes N' Flexes Dance Company has been producing its major productions throughout the years entitled "Dance Series," a collaboration of various dance artists from the university and other institutions within Cavite. Currently it has produced 9 tracks of its Dance Series (DST 1: Empowering Culture Through the Art of Dancing, DST 2: We Fall, We Stand, We Dance, DST 3D: Dare. Dominate. Dance., DST 4: Fearless, DST 5: Fusion, DST 6, Back to Basics. DST 7: Silakbo, DST 8: Byte to the Beat, and DST 9: Bon Voyage).
The group also produced five major concerts ("Voyage," "PRO Dance," "All That Dance," "Thou Shall Blink… It's Magic!," and "When at night…") and has successfully staged some of the finest dance pieces and choreographies. Moreover, LPNFDC also produced two volumes of its dance competition entitled “Bawa’t Piyesa,” which is open to all dancers in the community regardless of their demographics and background of dance promoting the art of dance.
