The CTHM Creative Program offerings are intensive studies which aim to offer prospective students, a comprehensive and compact culinary program designed with flexible month duration, adaptable to student’s needs. Specially crafted and created by culinary experts and specialists, the courses are targeted to produce world-class and industry-relevant professionals that can meet the demands of the new normal in the Hospitality Industry, both in the CALABARZON region, and the world beyond.

The CTHM Creative Program offerings are intensive studies which aim to offer prospective students, a comprehensive and compact culinary program designed with flexible month duration, adaptable to student’s needs. Specially crafted and created by culinary experts and specialists, the courses are targeted to produce world-class and industry-relevant professionals that can meet the demands of the new normal in the Hospitality Industry, both in the CALABARZON region, and the world beyond.
Graduates of this program will receive a certificate upon completion, and may apply their learnings for immediate entrepreneurial endeavors, or as preliminary steps in pursuing further studies, such as Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with specialization in Culinary and Food Service Administration (BHM).
Admissions Requirements and Application Procedure
Requirements
- Open to all from 18 years of age and above (applicants aged 18 - 21 year old need Parental Consent)
- Duly signed Application Form
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Copy of the Applicant's Vaccination card (students must be fully vaccinated)
- Copy of Applicant's Health Insurance (with COVID-19 coverage)*
Application Procedure
- Applicant accomplishes the Application Form and submits the following requirements in person at CIH 201 Dean's Office, CTHM Building, DLSU-Dasmariñas:
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card/ VAXPH Certificate
- Proof of Health Insurance Coverage Plan (i.e., Philhealth, other insurance providers)
- Parental Consent Form (for applicants with ages 18-21 years old only)
- CTHM will review application form and requirements. Upon verification, applicant will receive the payment slip.
- Applicant will present payment slip to DLSU-D Finance & Accounting Office. Applicant must settle payment for the short-term program being applied for.
Payment Terms:- Cash Full Payment: 10% discount
- Installment: 50% Upon Enrollment
- 30% 2nd Payment
- 20% 3rd Payment
- Applicant should return the Proof of Payment / Official Receipt to CTHM Dean's Office
- An applicant is considered officially enrolled
- once all requirements have been complied with, and
- 100% full payment or 50% Upon Enrollment payment has been received by the Accounting Office
- Only first 10 applicants per program with complete requirements and payment shall be accepted.
Application Period for CTHM Creative Program – Fundamentals of Cakes and Confectionary Arts is OPEN from Tuesday, 26 July 2022 to Tuesday, 16 August 2022.
Should you consider and wish to apply, you may submit your requirements in person at the CTHM Dean’s Office (CIH201), from 26 July 2022 to 16 August 2022, 8:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM – 4:00PM, except on Mondays, weekends, holidays, and/or class cancellations.
