Reminders

Please be guided by the following reminders.

Respect fellow attendees

Treat everyone with kindness and consideration. We're all here to enjoy the music and have a good time.

Follow instructions from event staff

They're there to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. Listen to their directions and guidance.

Stay hydrated

Even though outside food and drinks aren't allowed, make sure to drink plenty of water. There will be stalls inside the venue where you can purchase beverages.

Enjoy the music

Let yourself get lost in the rhythm and vibe of the concert. Have fun and make memories!

Dispose of trash properly

Keep the venue clean by using designated trash bins. Let's all do our part in maintaining a clean environment.

Stay aware of your surroundings

Be mindful of where you are and who is around you. Look out for fellow attendees and alert staff if you see anything concerning.

Plan your transportation

Arrange for transportation to and from the venue in advance. Consider carpooling, public transportation, or ride-sharing to reduce traffic and environmental impact.

Dress comfortably

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for standing and dancing for an extended period. Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Be mindful of personal space

Respect the personal space of others around you. Avoid pushing, shoving, or crowding, especially in areas like near the stage.

Support local artists

Take the time to explore and appreciate the work of local artists and vendors at the event. Consider purchasing merchandise or artwork to support their craft.

Stay informed

Familiarize yourself with the event schedule, including set times for performances and any other activities or attractions. Stay updated on any announcements or changes through official channels.

Stay connected

Coordinate meeting points with friends or family in case you get separated. Ensure your phone is charged and consider bringing a portable charger to stay connected throughout the event.

Don't bring professional cameras

Leave your professional camera equipment at home. Enjoy the concert with your eyes and ears, not through a lens.

Don't bring bags unless necessary

If you must bring a bag, ensure it's a clear bag as per the event's guidelines. This helps with security and ensures a smooth entry process.

Avoid bringing large umbrellas

They can obstruct the view of other attendees. Small, collapsible umbrellas are okay if the weather calls for it.

Don't bring pointed objects

For safety reasons, avoid bringing anything sharp or pointed that could cause harm to yourself or others.

Don't bring outside food or beverages

Support the vendors inside the venue by purchasing food and drinks from them. This helps sustain the event and ensures everyone has access to refreshments.

Absolutely no illegal substances or weapons

This includes drugs, alcohol (if it's prohibited), firearms, knives, or any other items that could pose a threat to safety. Violators will be immediately escorted out and may face legal consequences.

Avoid disruptive behavior

Refrain from engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior, such as shouting, fighting, or causing disturbances. Let's create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Don't litter

Dispose of your trash properly and avoid littering. Keep the venue clean by using designated bins for trash and recycling.

Don't block pathways

Be mindful of where you stand or sit to avoid obstructing pathways or emergency exits. Allow for easy movement for yourself and others.

Don't engage in illegal activities

In addition to illegal substances and weapons, refrain from any other illegal activities, such as vandalism, theft, or harassment.

Avoid excessive use of phones

While it's okay to capture moments with your phone, try to be present and enjoy the experience without being glued to your screen the whole time.

Don't ignore safety instructions

If event staff provides safety instructions or announcements, take them seriously and follow any guidelines or protocols for emergency situations.
