Adult Formation Ministry offers Lasallian formative encounters for Lasallian partners: educators, staff, parents, alumni, and support personnel. Whatever your role, you share responsibility for living and advancing the Lasallian mission, and you are part of a network that keeps the Lasallian spirit alive in everyday life.
A contextualized accompaniment and formation program for the Lasallian partners of DLSU-D community. It is inspired and anchored primarily on the document Lasallian Formation for Mission: The Pilgrim’s Handbook. Formation is understood as a pilgrimage—personal and communal—deepening faith, mission, and purpose.
An online webinar series that highlights a selected Lasallian document each year. Each session explores the document's context and relevance and shows how to weave its principles into your everyday roles and responsibilities.
Administrators are called to be pastoral shepherds of the community, not only leaders of the organization. Following the model of the Good Shepherd, these spiritual formation sessions help administrators guide with faith, serve with humility, and lead in communion with the mission, so that governance at DLSU-D becomes a ministry of service.
