Lasallian formation invites every member of the community to deepen their faith, discover their purpose, and live out the Lasallian mission. Guided by the core values of Faith, Zeal for Service, and Communion in Mission, formation programs nurture the holistic growth of students, faculty, and staff, helping them grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and put their values into action, bringing the DLSU-D mission to life as a Catholic Lasallian community.

The Lasallian Ministry and Formation Office (LMFO) carries out this work through three ministries: Student Formation, Pastoral, and Adult Formation. Each one creates spaces for the community to grow in faith and live the Lasallian mission.

Lasallian formative encounters for educators, staff, parents, alumni, and partners who share the Lasallian mission.

For Lasallian Formators

The team also undergoes continuous growth to better accompany the community. They participate in skill enhancement, spiritual deepening, and programs that build a sense of family within the unit.

Lasallian Studies Series (LSS): A formation journey rooted in the life and legacy of St. John Baptist de La Salle.
Mission: This series invites formators to collaborate with God's redemptive action by fostering communities marked by compassion, justice, and transformative education.
