Accessing Your Microsoft Office 365 / DLSU‑D Email

Need your email for Schoolbook, OpenAthens, or online resources? Follow these steps:

How to Activate Your Account

Go to www.dlsud.edu.ph
Click DLSUD Mail (upper right)
Select Sign in to Office 365
Enter your DLSU‑D Microsoft email (first letter of last name + first letter of first name + middle initial + last 4 digits of student number)
Enter your password
If it’s your first time, update your password and set up More Information Required to enable password recovery

Old students who haven't activated their verification settings should email:

accountverification@dlsud.edu.ph with your COR and ID attached.

Forgot Your Microsoft 365 Password?

Visit www.dlsud.edu.ph
Click DLSUD Mail
Select Sign in to Office 365
Click Forgot Password
Wait for Microsoft’s verification code (email or mobile)
Reset your password and sign in again

Go to www.dlsud.edu.ph → DLSUD Mail
Sign in to Office 365
Click Forgot Password
Enter verification code sent to your registered phone or email
Set a new password

Important Reminder::

Account verification is not applicable as of now, based on our current Microsoft settings.
If you have forgotten your password, kindly email accountverification@dlsud.edu.ph or contact local 3230 for assistance.
If you have not activated your authentication settings, email: accountverification@dlsud.edu.ph with your latest COR and ID. Not applicable as of now, based on our current Microsoft settings.

Portal Account Issues

MyDLSU-D Portal

Central access point for students and faculty to manage enrollment and subject viewing.

Portal Account Blocked?

Just click Forgot Password, enter your student number, and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Forgot Your myDLSU‑D Portal Password?

Visit www.dlsud.edu.ph
Click the myDLSU‑D Portal icon
Select Forgot Password
Enter your username
Enter your username
Enter the captcha
Open the email you selected ( Personal/ DLSUD email)
Change your password – make sure to meet all the requirements on password creation was met - Password must be at least eight (8) characters in length, should contain at least one (1) uppercase (A-Z), at least one (1) lowercase (a-z), at least one (1) number (0-9), at least one (1) special character (#?!@$%^&*-).

Online Resources Access

Go to www.dlsud.edu.ph → DLSUD Mail
Sign in to Office 365
Click Outlook
Access the Aklatan Search Portal here: https://bit.ly/DLSUD-Library and log in using your MS365 credentials
