Accessing Your Microsoft Office 365 / DLSU‑D Email

Need your email for Schoolbook, OpenAthens, or online resources? Follow these steps:

How to Activate Your Account

Go to www.dlsud.edu.ph
Click DLSUD Mail (upper right)
Select Sign in to Office 365
Enter your DLSU‑D Microsoft email login credentials (seen on your DLSUD portal under Account settings and then MS office 365)
If it’s your first time set up More Information Required for multi-factor authentication and , update your password

Old students who have problem with their verification settings should email:
accountverification@dlsud.edu.ph with your COR and ID attached.

Forgot Your Microsoft 365 Password?

Visit www.dlsud.edu.ph
Click DLSUD Mail
Select Sign in to Office 365
Click Forgot Password
Wait for Microsoft’s verification code (email or mobile)
Reset your password and sign in again

Go to www.dlsud.edu.ph → DLSUD Mail
Sign in to Office 365
Click Forgot Password
Enter verification code sent to your registered phone or email
Set a new password

Portal Account Issues

Portal Account Blocked?

Just click Forgot Password, enter your student number, and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Forgot Your myDLSU‑D Portal Password?

Visit www.dlsud.edu.ph
Click the myDLSU‑D Portal icon
Select Forgot Password
Enter your username (student number/ email used in your admission portal)
Select the email address where the verification code will be sent, then enter the captcha below.
Open the email you selected (Personal/ DLSUD email)
Enter the code sent to your email address in the Forgot Password portal prompt.
Change your password – make sure to meet all the requirements on password creation was met - Password must be at least eight (8) characters in length, should contain at least one (1) uppercase (A-Z), at least one (1) lowercase (a-z), at least one (1) number (0-9), at least one (1) special character (#?!@$%^&*-).

Sign in to Office 365
Click Outlook
Access the Aklatan Search Portal here: https://bit.ly/DLSUD-Library and log in using your MS365 credentials
