Qualifications:
- Graduate of Master's degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Bachelor of Laws and has additional related certificate courses
- With knowledge and understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and informed decision-making
- With knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Has familiarity with industrial relations practice
