Librarians

  Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Master's degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Bachelor of Laws and has additional related certificate courses
  • With knowledge and understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and informed decision-making
  • With knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Has familiarity with industrial relations practice

Librarians

  Educatiom:

  • Master in Computer Science / Master in Information Technology / Master in Business Administration, or related field

  Skills:

  • Expertise in data protection laws and practices, including deep understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • With experience in a legal, audit, or risk management role
  • With strong project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attentive details

  Abilities:

  • Exeptional planning ability
  • Ability to work collaboratively with immediate head, peers and subordinates
  • Ability to establish string partnership with academic institutions, government units, and non-government organizations
