The purpose is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, organizers, and performers by implementing comprehensive security measures in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Who does this policy apply to?

This policy applies to all employees, attendees, suppliers, contractors, and external partners involved with SOL Fest 2024, both during and after the event.

What are the goals and objectives of this policy?

The goals include ensuring the health and safety of participants, protecting the organization and stakeholders from security violations, safeguarding information, and preventing harmful incidents while minimizing risks.

How does the policy address university safety policies?

The policy enforces and acknowledges the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas Student Handbook 2018-2022, including the Code of Conduct and University-Specific Guidelines and Policies.

What happens in case of minor offenses?

Violators of minor offenses may face sanctions such as written warnings, confiscation of belongings, or eviction from the premises, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. Non-DLSU-D Student violations may result in verbal warnings and similar consequences.

Where will SolFest 2024 be held?

SolFest 2024 will take place at the Grandstand (Oval Field) of De La Salle University - Dasmariñas.

Are tickets transferable?

No, tickets are not transferable. They are only valid for the individual named on the ticket.

Is the ticket refundable?

No, tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.

How will I claim my ticket?

If you acquire a ticket through our website, you will receive an official e-ticket via email. Please ensure that you double-check your details, particularly your email address, before completing your purchase. Please save the attachment as this e-ticket shall be scanned upon entry to the university gate and event venue.

What is the exclusive mode of payment accepted by the organization?

Exclusively for VIP and VVIP ticket holders, the accepted mode of payment is GCASH, offering a convenient and efficient transaction process. Meanwhile, general admission tickets can be purchased through BUX, ensuring accessibility to a broader audience.


Regarding the Terms and Conditions for Use of E-Ticket for SOL Fest 2024, it's crucial to note that personal identification is mandatory for all attendees. Ticket owners are required to provide accurate personal details such as valid identification, email address, phone number, date of birth, and age verification. This stringent verification process is essential for ticket purchase and validation purposes.

What should I bring to the event?

 Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for standing and dancing for an extended period.


 Phone with a charged battery and a portable charger to stay connected throughout the event.

When and where is SolFest scheduled to take place, and where can attendees find the latest updates regarding venue map and parking details?

SolFest is scheduled to take place on May 28, 2024, at the DLSU-D Grandstand. For the latest updates on venue map and parking details, please refer to the announcements already posted on the CEAT-SG page.

Is parking available inside De La Salle University - Dasmariñas?

Parking inside De La Salle University - Dasmariñas premises is exclusive for university personnel and students only. Event attendees are advised to seek alternative parking options nearby.

Will there be a Lost & Found station available at the event, and if so, where can attendees locate it?

Yes, there will be a Lost & Found station at the event. Look for the designated tent inside the concert grounds

Are pets allowed inside the venue?

Please note that pets are not permitted inside the venue.

Can I bring food and beverages to the event?

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. There will be stalls offering food and beverages available for purchase.

Can I bring my own tumbler?

Tumblers are prohibited inside the concert grounds.

At what time will the gates open for entry into the event, and are there any specific instructions regarding late arrivals?

The gates will open at 3 pm. Latecomers will still be accommodated. Separate entrances and exits will be designated for different ticket sections.

How will entry be managed into the venue regarding ticket sections, and what measures will be in place to ensure only ticket holders access their designated sections?

We'll have separate lines for each ticket section. Rest assured, only ticket holders will be allowed into the venue and their designated sections. We'll clearly mark off the areas for VVIP, VIP, and General Admission with barriers.

What is the seating arrangement for ticket holders at the event?

Seat designations for the event are as follows:


VVIP ticket holders will have assigned seats.


Note: SVIP and General Admissions are standing areas.

What restroom facilities will be available onsite during the event, and are there additional restroom options nearby within DLSU-D premises?

For your convenience, there will be portable comfort rooms available on-site. Additionally, restrooms located in nearby buildings within DLSU-D will also be accessible during the event.

What is the dress code for SolFest 2024?

Attendees are required to follow the strict university dress code. Please ensure your attire adheres to the guidelines set by De La Salle University - Dasmariñas.

Is a parental consent form required for DLSU-D students?

Yes, a parental consent form is required for all De La Salle University - Dasmariñas students attending the event. Please ensure you have obtained the necessary consent from your parent or guardian.

What forms of identification are accepted for entry?

Valid forms of identification include government-issued IDs such as driver's licenses, passports, or school IDs with photos.

Are there age restrictions for attending SolFest 2024?

Yes, attendees must be at least 15 years old to enter the event venue.

Can I bring my camera or recording equipment to the event?

No, professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted inside the venue. Photography and recording may be restricted during certain performances.

How is cleanliness being maintained at the venue, and what measures are in place to ensure proper waste disposal during the event?

Ensuring cleanliness at the venue is essential. Trash bins are conveniently placed in every section, parking areas, as well as entrances and exits. Violators will face penalties. We kindly ask attendees to use the designated trash bins for disposing of their trash.

Where can attendees find the baggage counter during the event?

Look for the tent with signage indicating the baggage counter.

Will there be a medical team available onsite during the event, and what measures are in place for emergency response?

A medical team and emergency response team will be on standby throughout the event to provide assistance, if needed.

Are there designated seating areas for attendees with disabilities?

Yes, there will be designated seating areas available for attendees with disabilities. Additionally, VVIP ticket holders will have access to reserved seating areas. Please contact the event organizers in advance to make arrangements.

What happens in case of natural disasters or acts of God?

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or acts of God, the safety and well-being of our attendees are our top priority. While every effort will be made to ensure the event proceeds as planned, please note that tickets are non-refundable. Updates regarding any changes or cancellations due to such circumstances will be communicated through official channels. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.
