Ask Lola Musing

Hello, my dear guests!

Planning to visit our museum? Your Lola Musing is happy to guide you! Before you come by, I know you may have few questions and that’s perfectly fine, my dear. Let me answer some of the most frequently asked questions from our visitors, so your visit will be smooth, meaningful, and enjoyable.

Where is the museum located, Lola?

Ay, we’re just here waiting for you, apo.

You can find the Museo De La Salle inside the campus of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. The campus is located in Brgy. Fatima I, Congressional Avenue, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

Once you arrive at the university, you may ask the guards or staff for directions —they’ll gladly guide you to the museum.

When can I visit po the museum?

That’s a very good question, my dear!

Museo De La Salle is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

We rest on Saturdays, Sundays, school breaks, and local holidays, meaning, the museum is closed on those days that I mentioned. Be sure to check your calendar first. Okay, my dear?

How do we book a tour?

Ah, it’s easy, my dear, you just need to plan a little ahead.

We welcome all our guest through our online appointment system via our Facebook page, and slots are given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lola gently suggests booking at least three (3) business days in advance so we can prepare for your visit.

And don’t forget to double-check if the museum is open on your chosen day, especially during holidays and school breaks.

You may also visit our Services and Reservation section for more details.

Can we visit without a reservation po, Lola?

Yes, apo, you may come as a walk-in guest.

However, please understand that entry will still depend on the museum’s available capacity for the day and the scheduled tours.

So, while walk-ins are welcome, Lola is highly encouraging you to book your tours ahead of time—just to be sure your visit will be smooth and worry-free.

How much is the entrance fee?

Here are our current rates, apo:

  •  ₱120 – Adults/DLSU-D alumni
  •  ₱50 – Non DLSU-D Students
  •  ₱100 – Senior citizens and PWDs

A reminder from Lola: For Students, Senior Citizens, like me, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD), don’t forget to bring your valid ID, alright?

And, by the way! If you are a currently enrolled DLSU-D student, you may visit the museum free of charge. A little gift for our dear students.

Are children allowed to visit the museum?

Of course, my dear. Children are very welcome.

Just make sure they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Gently reminded them to be careful around the museum, so everyone stays safe and our collections remain well cared for.

Can we do photo or video shoots inside the museum, Lola?

That’s a wonderful idea, my dear.

However, video shoots are not allowed inside the museum, as we must protect our delicate collections and spaces.

For photo shoots, we do allow them—but only for pre-debut and prenup sessions, and these must be schedules at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Photoshoots are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and all guests are kindly asked to follow the museum’s guidelines during their session.

For reservations and complete details, you may visit our Services and Reservation section and click Photoshoot.

I am a researcher po, Lola. May I visit and study your collections?

If you are visiting from outside DLSU-D, please prepare the following:

  •  Approved research proposal

Kindly send these to:
