CAVITE BAKERY TRADITIONS

"ALSA MASA: Cavite Bakery Traditions" pays special tribute to selected "panaderias" (bakery) in Cavite captured in still photos by homegrown photographer Ohsie Austria. Inspired by the book "Panaderia: Philippine Bread, Biscuits, and Bakery Traditions," the exhibition aims to highlight the Caviteños’ joys, passion, and triumph to sustain a local bread tradition.

ALSA MASA exhibition is in partnership with Canon, Jherdzfont Graphic Design Services, Republic of Taste by Ige Ramos, and the Cavite Studies Center. The exhibition will run from 26 October - 16 December 2017 at the Museo De La Salle, De La Salle University- Dasmariñas in Cavite.
