De La Salle University-Dasmariñas will be the proud host of the Research Forum on Sustainability, a three day event that will feature a talk from Maria C. Balatbat, PhD, a visiting professor from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Dr. Balatbat is a joint director of the Centre for Energy and Environmental Markets and is also a Senior Lecturer of the Schoool of Accounting Business School at University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia who has completed acclaimed studies on sustainability practices, sustainability reporting tools and CDM projects.
The event, which is a joint undertaking of the Office of the Deputy Provost for Research, the University Research Office, Campus Sustainability Office, College of Business Administration and Accountancy, College of Business Administration and Accountancy Graduate Studies, Accountacy Department, and Business Management Department, will run from February 3 to 4 and resume on February 6.
