  • Master in Computer Science / Master in Information Technology / Master in Business Administration, or related field

  Skills:

  • Expertise in data protection laws and practices, including deep understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage sensitive and confidential information

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage)
  • Knowledge in local zoning regulations, environmental considerations and market trends related to land development
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in conducting financial analysis and preparing detailed financial projections
  • Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in similar role, with focus on land development and utilization projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data from various sources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Librarian.
  • Master's degree in library and information science or with units earned.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented organization.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in academic libraries.

Job Reponsibilities:

  • Creates modules and programs pertaining to information literacy of the library; conducts library orientation; provides hands-on training seminar on the use of different library resources; locates and creates digital content to support academic instructions; explores, evaluates, and encourages the deployment of emergent technologies into library programs and services.
  • Develops print and digital promotional materials that effectively communicate the library's mission, services, and news to a variety of audiences; writes and edits articles for library and university publications; assists in monitoring the library's social media presence and regularly contributes content to the library's communication channels.
  • Manages and maintains the highest standards of customer service; explores and implements new approaches to accessing and using library resources and services.
