The Cavite Studies Center (CSC) will hold a second lecture series entitled “Si Emilio Aguinaldo sa Kasaysayan” on March 20, 2018.
The half-day lecture will be held at the Luis Aguado Viewing Room of the Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo-Information Resource Center and is sponsored by the Cavite Studies Center, Office of the Deputy Provost for Research, Cavite Historical Society, Inc. and the College of Liberal Arts and Communications.
The event will feature young historians from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, University of Santo Tomas, Cavite State University, and DLSU-D as part of the commemoration of the 149th birth anniversary of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo. The lecture will also introduce the President of the First Philippine Republic's other roles in history.
Participants in this lecture comprise DLSU-D students taking History and Rizal courses with their History section professors, former Prime Minister Cesar E.A. Virata, and delegates of Cavite Historical Society, Inc.
