De La Salle University-Dasmarinas will be hosting the upcoming Philippine Association of Chemistry Teachers National Convention from August 2-4, 2018.

The convention, with the theme “imPACT 2018: Integrated Mentoring for the Promotion and Advancement of Chemical Technologies” seeks to provide participants with the latest tools of the trade to improve their instruction inside the classroom.

Invited speakers are from the academe, government and industry who will discuss the science behind current technologies in the food and consumer products industries. Also prepared are a line-up of workshops which can help science teachers grasp key concepts in chemistry and understand its impact on health, environment and society.
