Representatives from the China University of Geosciences (CUG) are visiting De La Salle University-Dasmariñas to engage in academic dialogue.

DLSU-D’s Dean of College of Liberal Arts of Communication, Dr. Betty P. Tuttle; Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Paterno S. Alcartado; Linkages and Scholarship Office Director Wilson R. Jacinto, and University Linkages Coordinator Dr. Vangie B. Montillano, welcomed to the campus Prof. Zhang Jide, CUG Party Secretary of School of Foreign Languages and Prof. Feng Di, CUG Deputy Director of English Department, School Foreign Languages.

The China University of Geosciences (CUG) is a national key university affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Education. It is a comprehensive university that also offers a variety of degree programs in science, engineering, literature, management, economics, law, education and arts. Its Geology and Geological Resources & Engineering have both been ranked as the national number one disciplines. Meanwhile, its Earth Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies & Ecology, Materials Science, Chemistry, and Computer Science have entered the top 1% of global ESI (Essential Science Indicators), with Earth Science in the top 1% of the list.
