In a vibrant display of faith and devotion, De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) will celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, the titular patron of the University chapel. This annual event, deeply rooted in Catholic tradition, will happen on October 6, 2023, with a series of religious and cultural activities that aim to strengthen the university's spiritual bond with its community and preserve Filipino cultural heritage.
The Museo de La Salle, University Chaplain’s Office, and Campus Ministry Office have organized a day filled with reverence and fellowship starting with a 3 pm Holy Mass at the University Chapel, a grand procession at 4 pm, and community fellowship at 5 pm.
The Office of the Vice President for Global Engagement and External Relations will also host an appreciation dinner at the Ayuntamiento de Gonzalez Reception Hall following the day’s events.
The celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary upholds the University’s commitment to Catholic traditions and plays an essential role in safeguarding Filipino cultural heritage. The devotion to Our Lady and the praying of the Holy Rosary enrich the spiritual and religious life of the university community, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose among its members.
