The Lasallian Community Development Center (LCDC) is celebrating yet another milestone in its goal to serve the poor and the marginalized, create sustainable communities and inspire inclusive participation towards social transformation.
The Center has announced that it is celebrating it’s 35th anniversary with a series of activities aimed at looking back at the LCDC’s accomplishments and pushing forward with its goals for the future.
With the theme: “Malasakit: 35 Taon ng Lasalyanong Ugnayan at Pagtutulungan,” the Center will kick off the celebration with a Thanksgiving Mass on May 28, 2024 at the University Chapel.
LCDC personnel will also spearhead an Appreciation Day to recognize the valuable contribution of its partners on May 29, 2024, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Ayuntamiento De Gonzales.
From June 7 to 9, the LCDC is also set to hold an Immersion and Summer of Service (SOS) event for student volunteers with one of LCDC’s partner communities.
The LCDC also enjoins members of the Lasallian community to share their best memories about the LCDC by posting them on social media using the hashtag #LCDC35.
