De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) celebrates a proud milestone as Viva Fresca, composed of BS Entrepreneurship students, secures a spot among the Top 10 Finalists in The Next Big Food Entrepreneur 2026, a prestigious competition spotlighting innovation in the food industry.
As part of the competition journey, Viva Fresca will participate in the Mercato Academy: The Test Kitchen, a full-day, hands-on workshop designed to equip aspiring food entrepreneurs with practical skills and industry insights. The workshop will be held at De La Salle College of St. Benilde School of Hotel, Restaurant, & Management on April 6, 2026, offering participants the opportunity to refine their concepts and strategies under the guidance of experts.
Following the training, the team will advance to the Final Competition at Bridgetowne on April 18, 2026, where they will present their innovative food concepts and compete for the top prize.
