What is LMS Sync?
The LMS Sync feature streamlines the integration between the university’s Learning Management System (LMS) with its Online Enrollment System and My.DLSU-D, enhancing efficiency and accuracy for both students and faculty members.
The LMS Sync is a digital process that connects the Online Enrollment System and My.DLSU-D to the LMS, allowing students and faculty to view updated course information without manual input.
Purpose
- Provide a seamless academic experience by linking enrollment data to course access on the LMS.
- Reduce administrative work and errors.
- Support the university’s commitment to a fully digital learning environment.
Stakeholders
- Students: To view their officially enrolled courses on LMS.
- Faculty: To see enrolled students and manage course content accordingly.
- Registrar’s Office and Academic Coordinators: For monitoring and support.
How does syncing work?
Once a student enrolls in courses through the Online Enrollment System (OnE), the subjects will be available for syncing to the Learning Management System (LMS). Faculty members may also sync their teaching loads to the LMS with My.DLSU-D Portal to provide students with immediate access to course materials.
If syncing is successful, both students and faculty see the corresponding subjects reflected in their LMS accounts.
