The Lasallian Community Development Center (LCDC), in partnership with the Philippine Heart Assiciation (PHA), is conducting a two-day Mass Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training to DLSU-D Junior High School's Grade 8 and 9 students from May 8-9, 2019 at the JHS covered court. The training seeks to engage students in disaster risk reduction management during emergency situations in school, at home, and other places.
During the training, high school students are oriented on basic first aid and life saving techniques that can help during emergencies and disasters. This event is facilitated by LCDC personnel and is part of the mandate of RA10871 known as Basic Life Support for basic education students.
