The Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC) continues to offer innovative solutions amid the continuing challenges introduced by the pandemic.
The ICTC recently launched a new website feature to help parents, students and other users with academic inquiries. The tool, which is featured prominently on the upper right hand corner of DLSU-D’s main page, connects users to Helpdesk personnel who will gladly assist them with their needs.
The Online Helpdesk enables DLSU-D to cater to the concerns of the community without having to engage in face to face interaction to protect DLSU-D clients and employees from the risk of rising COVID-19 cases nationwide.
Yet another innovation available in the University’s website is the recently launched Self-Care Hub, a project undertaken by the ICTC Web Team with the University’s Self-Care Committee and the Office of the Provost.
The hub seeks to make self-care opportunities available to all members of the Lasallian community, from self-care tips, interesting articles, videos, events and downloadable content. It seeks to remind everyone that even when dealing with a pandemic, caring for oneself matters.
