The General Services Office has announced that the University is gradually opening up its facilities for limited wellness activities amid the announcement that the province of Cavite is now under General Community Quarantine Alert Level 3. Below are the guidelines for the use of the DLSU-D Oval and Campus Grounds for physical wellness effective under Alert Level 1-3.
- Starting November 3, 2021, the Oval may be used for physical wellness of employees in accordance with prevailing Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) and local government guidelines on outdoor physical activities. Only twenty (20) individuals shall be accommodated in one given schedule. The oval may be used from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Mondays to Fridays.
- Likewise, employees may use the campus grounds for physical wellness during the same period including but not limited to walking, running, cycling, and other related activities subject to the existing health and safety protocols of the University.
- The schedule of outdoor physical activities shall be coordinated with the Retreat and Conference Center (RCC)/Sports Recreation Complex (rcc-src@dlsud.edu.ph) at least a day before the actual event/s and shall be in a first come first served basis. The Safety Office and the security force shall be in charged with the implementation of health and safety protocols during such activities.
- Wearing of face mask is still required during the wellness activities.
