In relation to declaration of Brother Chief Administrative Officer Francisco "Sockie" dela Rosa VI FSC of a Circuit Breaker/Health Break from January 11 to 14, the Office of the Provost (PROVOST) announced the following changes to the Academic Calendar.
In a memo released by OIC-VCAR Dr. Paterno Alcartado, the following changes on the schedule will be implemented:

Students and faculty are also asked to be guided by the following:
- Saturday classes and student activities on 15 January for both undergraduate and graduate are covered by the health break memo;
- A one-week adjustment is to be observed in the academic calendar for the students' submission of activities, summative assessment, etc.
- Classes from January 17 - February 5, 2022 shall continue asynchronously. Synchronous meetings may be allowed as long as there is an agreement between the professor and students.
- Submission of grades will be moved from February 14 to February 21
