The University Research Office (URO) reached a new milestone when the University's Academia Lasalliana Journal of Education and Humanities (ALJEH) received recognition and full membership to the Andrew Gonzalez Philippine Citation Index (AGPCI).
The AGPCI is an indexing and citation database for Philippine academic journals which seeks to assist local journals to improve their quality and attain international accreditation.
“ALJEH’s being listed in the Br. Andrew Gonzalez Philippine Citation Index is a recognition of the Journal’s scholarship and contribution in education and the humanities, and an affirmation of DLSU-D’s efforts to pursue and sustain research that impact on the community. The index facilitates international accreditation that ALJEH aspires to achieve next,” Dr. Jonathan Gochuico, a member of ALJEH’s editorial board, said.
The Academia Lasalliana Journal of Education and Humanities is DLSU-D's official multi-disciplinary Journal, published bi-annually by the University Research Office. It released its first volume in March 2021 which focused on the impacts of the COVID-19 on different aspects of University operations and the curriculum.
