The College of Liberal Arts and Communication (CLAC) will launch the penultimate edition to its Research, G? Webinar Series on April 20, 2022 entitled “Presenting Data and Information Visually.”
The event will be headlined by Dr. Jonathan Gochuico, editor in chief of the Academia Lasalliana Journal of Education and Humanities, as well as CILP Learning Objects Coordinator.
The research series was developed by the CLAC in response to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic to address the lack of trainings and seminars on research. Through the guidance of experienced resource speakers from the DLSU-D faculty, experts are able to share experiences on research and methodologies with students, faculty and other researchers.
The event primarily seeks to clarify misconceptions about research, discuss accurate methologies, share research findings and the exhibit CLAC faculty and students’ research activities and involvement.
Previously discussed topics were Conducting Interviews and FGDs during Pandemic, Coding Data, and Conducting Surveys during Pandemic. Observing Ethics in Research will be the final topic of the series on May 4.
The event is open to members of the DLSU-D community, as well as public school teachers, parochial schools and other academic institutions, and students.
