This prestigious recognition honors partners of the Local Governance Regional Resource Centers (LGRRC) for their exceptional commitment to local governance.

The School of Governance, through its LGRRC CALABARZON, has been conducting the Executive Course on Sustainable Barangay Leadership and Governance (BALAG) for barangay officials, strengthening its collaborative efforts with the Local Resource Institute (LRI).
