The Lasallian Community Development Center (LCDC) collected monetary and in-kind donations for communities in Bicol and Cavite, and for the students of Lian Central School in Batangas.
The LCDC team also distributed 200 hot meals and conducted a disaster preparedness talk in Barangay Zone 1-A, Dasmariñas, teaching residents the importance of a 72-hour go-bag.
The university also opened Ugnayang La Salle as a temporary shelter for students and their families, providing access to clean water and electricity.
During the typhoon, Residencia San Miguel (RSM) offered shelter to two interns from the Pagamutan and opened its roofed parking lot for staff during the storm's peak.
Several student organizations also stepped up their efforts. DLSU-D Neko, an animal advocacy group, organized a raffle to raise funds for local animal shelters. The University Student Government (USG) provided meals to around 80 affected dormers both inside and outside the university.
